AGM - Fleet Operations

The AGM Fleet operations act as Hub Head for multiple Hubs across the city responsible for overseeing the operations, management, and performance of the hub. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and ensuring the hub meets its financial and operational goals. The Hub Head will work closely with senior management to implement company policies and strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within auto industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent operational management abilities. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
