Senior Associate - Legal

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Associate – Legal / Compliance to support the organization in managing legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters. The role involves handling documentation, contract management, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and compliance-related matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Maintain and manage legal documentation and records in an organized manner
• Track and ensure timely completion of compliance requirements and regulatory filings
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for legal documentation and approvals
• Support in drafting and reviewing vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts
• Assist in identifying legal risks and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable laws

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Relevant experience in corporate legal / compliance role
• Strong understanding of contracts and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
